Feldenkrais Method with Marci Spiegler, MS, GCFP

The Feldenkrais Method uses gentle movement to re-educate the body. Lessons can be modified for anyone, regardless of physical limitations. Marci Spiegler, MS is a Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practioner CM (GCFP) practicing in Los Angeles and Biology Instructor at Santa Monica College. She teaches group Awareness Through Movement classes and gives individual hands-on Functional Integration lessons.
