CME/CNE Accreditation

Clinical Directors Network, Inc. (CDN) is accredited by the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) to provide Continuing Medical Education and is recognized by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) for Continuing Nursing Education (CNE) credits. As a CME and CNE-approved sponsor, Clinical Directors Network, Inc. (CDN) is approved by the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) to provide up to 6.0 CME/CNE Credits for physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and nurses. Rules require that credit be given only to those who attend the entire workshop and complete the evaluation link at the end of each day of the Health Summit 2023. Partial credit cannot be given. Those arriving to the workshop more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time or leaving early will not receive CME/CNE credits.

The AAFP has reviewed Health Equity Summit 2023: Elevating Patient Narrative in Cancer Care and deemed it acceptable for up to 6.00 Live AAFP Prescribed credits. Term of Approval is from 09/21/2023 to 09/22/2023. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

AAFP Prescribed credit is accepted by the American Medical Association as equivalent to AMA PRA Category 1 credit(s)™ toward the AMA Physician’s Recognition Award. When applying for the AMA PRA, Prescribed credit earned must be reported as Prescribed, not as Category 1.

CE APA Accreditation

These programs provide the opportunity for professional development opportunities while earning CE credits. Clinical Directors Network, Inc. (CDN) is accredited by the American Psychological Association (APA) to provide up to 6.0 Continuing Education in Psychology (CE APA). Rules require that credit be given only to those who attend the entire workshop and complete evaluations for each individual approved session.
